Senior Circuit
Circuit Strength Class designed specifically for older adults to improve muscle strength, core stability, joint mobility, balance, flexibility, and overall function. This class features a series of stations in a circuit-style format, with exercises repeated 3–4 times using props such as weights, resistance bands, stability balls, and body weight. Each movement is thoughtfully chosen to support functional fitness and daily living, with modifications provided to suit all levels.
